Customers can request free and confidential counseling appointments by calling Community Advantage toll-free information line at 866-MYBANK9.
Counseling appointments, either on the phone or at one of GreenPath’s offices, include a detailed budget and action plan provided by the counselor.

Credit When Credit Is Due
A 12–lesson comprehensive financial education program developed by the American Center for Credit Education.
After students complete the course, a registration card identifies them to lenders as a graduate of a national standardized credit education program.

Credit Report Counseling
Customers receive free credit report counseling.
Financial counselors will help customers resolve inaccurate information, understand how bureaus report information and how to improve their credit score.
Those participating in a debt management plan will provide a free credit report, and all others can obtain a credit report for a nominal cost.

Debt Management Plan (DMP)
Customers who are having difficulty paying bills or staying current on credit cards may qualify for this valuable service.

Customers may download this free budget software by visiting their banks website and clicking on the BudgetSmart icon.
This easy-to-use software tool uses simple graphics and bar charts to help customers manage money more effectively.
The program establishes a budget, tracks spending and offer tips for improving areas of overspending.
